WoodMart offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Warranties

Claiming a Warranty Issue
If you believe your product is defective and qualifies for a warranty claim, please complete the Return/Warranty Claim Form to initiate the process. Zanbeel acts only as a facilitator by forwarding your product to the respective distributor or vendor; we are not responsible for any warranty rejections made by them.

Defective or Faulty Products
All warranty-covered defective products are sent to the original distributor/vendor for repair, replacement, or refund, based on their specific warranty policies. Warranty claims may be rejected if the product:

Shows signs of physical damage

Was installed improperly

Has been misused or abused in any way

Is missing its original packaging

Replacing Faulty Equipment
We will process warranty claims for faulty equipment only after the official service provider has verified the issue. Please allow up to 20 working days for the full warranty process to be completed.

Warranty applies only to products that clearly mention warranty details on their product pages. If no warranty information is listed, the product is not covered under warran

Returns

Products Not as Described

At Zanbeel, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not match its description on our website, you have 7 working days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or cancel your order. To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • Undamaged

  • Returned with all original packaging materials and documentation


Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a valid claim for damaged or incorrect items, customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel. This video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed package

  • Capture the entire unboxing process

If this video is missing or recorded after unboxing, the return or exchange claim will not be accepted.


Tampered or Damaged Seal

Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the parcel seal carefully. If the seal appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept the package. Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

FAQs

What should I do if the product I received doesn't match the description?
If the item you received is not as described on our website, you can request an exchange or return within 7 working days of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
Is an unboxing video necessary for returns or warranty claims?
Yes, a clear unboxing/unwrapping video is required as proof. If you don't provide video evidence recorded during the initial unboxing, your return or warranty claim will not be accepted.
What if the seal on my package looks tampered or damaged?
Please do not accept the parcel if the seal appears tampered or broken. Refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately for assistance.
How long does the warranty process take?
The warranty process may take up to 20 working days, depending on the distributor or vendor’s response and policy. Zanbeel facilitates the process but is not responsible for approval or rejection.
How do I know if my product is covered under warranty?
Warranty is only applicable to products that mention warranty details on their product page. If no warranty information is provided, the product is not covered.
